# Docutech Showcases Digital Innovation at TMC Mortgage Tech Day 2025

Earlier this month, Docutech had the privilege of sponsoring *The Mortgage Collaborative’s (TMC)* fall conference, held in Boston from September 14–16. As a longstanding member of TMC and a multi-year event sponsor, we continue to believe that collaboration and innovation are the keys to driving the mortgage industry forward — and this year’s event underscored just how quickly technology is reshaping the way we work.
**Innovation in Action: 50+ Live Tech Demos**
Over the course of two packed days, more than 30 TMC preferred partners, including Docutech, presented 50 live demonstrations of new and evolving mortgage tech solutions. These weren’t just product pitches — they were practical, forward-thinking tools designed to help lenders operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
From AI-powered analytics to workflow automation layers built over existing LOS platforms like Encompass, every demo focused on one common goal: optimizing the borrower and lender experience.
At Docutech, we were excited to showcase our latest digital dashboard signing enhancement within the Solex platform. This enhancement is another step toward simplifying and modernizing the eSigning experience — helping lenders manage their eSign sessions throughout the signing process.
**The AI Wave Is Here**
AI was undoubtedly the dominant theme of this year’s event. Discussions and demos focused on using artificial intelligence not just as a buzzword, but as a functional, integrated part of tech stacks. From task automation in LOS systems to credit risk evaluation and borrower engagement, AI is becoming a driving force for better lending outcomes.
**Nestment** took home the Tech Day win for their innovative approach to homeownership access. Nestment’s platform empowers first-time buyers to explore creative financing solutions — giving them financial insight and confidence to pursue homeownership. It was a powerful reminder of the human impact behind the technology we build.
**Grounding Innovation in Purpose**
Beyond the tech demos, what made this event truly meaningful were the deeper conversations. We talked about purpose, not just productivity. One of our clients, Atlantic Bay, spoke about their impressive progress in eClose and eNote adoption, noting their strategic partnership with Docutech played a key role. It was a proud moment and a powerful reminder of what's possible when strong teams work together toward a shared vision.
**Looking Ahead**
The insights shared from the GSEs and leading tech providers pointed to a major transformation ahead — from AI innovation to upcoming FICO changes. These shifts will challenge all of us to rethink workflows, tech investments, and how we define success in lending.
