While lenders are actively focused to deliver a true digital mortgage experience to their borrowers, Movement Mortgage has made this a reality. Introduced in September, as of the publish date of this blog, Movement Mortgage has already closed more than 250 loans digitally leveraging Docutech’s eClosing solution, Solex.
October was a significant month for compliance as the new TRID 2.0 standards went into effect. We have written a great deal about that rule on this blog, so this update will focus primarily on state and investor requirement changes we saw in September and October.
Thousands of mortgage industry leaders took to Washington D.C. this past week for MBA’s 2018 Annual conference, focused on innovation and change to optimize the origination process for all involved.
