Document Updates

  • The standard HELOC Important Terms document (Cx21651) includes a historical table showing how the Annual Percentage Rate and the minimum monthly payments for a $10,000 credit advance would have changed over the past 15 years based on the Prime Rate published in the Wall Street Journal. For 2026, Docutech has added a new row for the upcoming year and updated the rest of the table and repayment figures accordingly, Read more.
  • The Texas Home Equity Second Note (Cx6183) was updated so the late charge section now follows the same logic as other standard second lien closed-end notes, with the late charge percentage displaying numerically and minimum or maximum amounts appearing only when applicable. The update also improves consistency in how late charge details are presented across documents. Read more.
  • A new static version of the Kentucky Fair Housing Disclosure (Cx28723) has been created to reflect the updated state Fair Housing Brochure, including a QR code and background imaging, with all configuration settings from the old version (Cx11145) carried over and the old version retired.   • The Louisiana Mortgage Second (Cx485) and North Dakota Mortgage Second (Cx495) forms were updated to remove references to a specific interest amount so they match the standard language used in other second mortgage documents. Read more.
  • The Texas Important Notice to Home Loan Borrowers (Cx3591) form has been retired and removed from the system. This update helps ensure only current and applicable Texas borrower notices are available for use. Read more.
  • The Montana Anti-Coercion Disclosure (Cx2778) was updated to include an expanded list of examples that better illustrate prohibited practices. These changes are intended to improve clarity and help users more easily understand anti-coercion requirements. Read more.
  • Field 154336 (Broker Doing Business As/Other Description) was added to various state broker documents (Cx1908, Cx3318, Cx4248, and Cx4828) so that brokers can include their “doing business as” or other descriptive names where needed. This update improves consistency and ensures the documents accurately reflect broker identity information. Read more.
  • The Buydown Agreement (Cx25) was updated to clarify language around how buydown payment amounts are calculated and applied, making it easier to understand and complete the form correctly. These changes improve consistency and accuracy in buydown documentation. Read more.
  • The Wisconsin Addendum to Loan Application (Cx18412) was updated to revise language and fields so they better align with current state requirements and improve accuracy in borrower information collection. These changes help ensure the form reflects the latest compliance expectations in Wisconsin loan applications. Read more.
  • The List of Homeownership Counseling Organizations (Cx17874) was updated to include current and newly approved counseling agencies so borrowers have access to the most up-to-date resources. These changes help ensure the list reflects accurate options for homeownership support and counseling. Read more.
  • The HELOC notice section field updates add a new set of notice-to-lender address fields so lenders have more flexibility in specifying where borrowers must send post-closing notices, and updates are also being made so certain HELOC documents use the lender’s full mailing address by default in the notice section.   • The new field for Maryland Apply Exemption to Assumption Upon Decree of Absolute Divorce (FI 193924) was added to both document and global mappings so that Maryland forms can correctly reflect whether the exemption applies. This update helps ensure forms accurately capture and apply the divorce assumption exemption where appropriate. Read more.
  • The Non-Permanent Resident Alien selection on the 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application (2021) forms (Cx20667 and Cx20668) was updated so the option is more clearly presented and easier for users to select when applicable. These changes improve accuracy in capturing borrower residency status on the loan application. Read more.

Global Mapping Updates

  • The global field value mappings for Loan Amount Less Than or Equal to Reg Z Threshold Amount (FI 81938) and Higher-Risk HPML (FI 67269) were updated to reflect the 2026 Regulation Z threshold amounts. This ensures document printing and eligibility logic align with the most current regulatory thresholds. Read more.
