The Connecticut Department of Banking is relocating effective November 25, 2025, and its new mailing address will be 280 Trumbull Street, Floor 16, Hartford, CT 06103. Accordingly, the Connecticut version of the form Cx15905 Addendum to Statement of Credit Denial, Termination, or Change has been updated to reflect the new address. Read more.
- The default print configuration for Docutech’s Cx40 Important Notice to Homebuyers has been updated to remove the deprecated HUD-50124 form and instead print HUD-50124A when applicable, ensuring alignment with current HUD requirements. Read more.
- The Docutech version of VA Loan Analysis (Cx5533) has been updated: it now reflects an updated U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs form with a new expiration date of 9/30/2028, plus minor updates including a refreshed VA logo and revised Respondent Burden Statement. Read more.
- NY Interest Rate Lock Commitment (Cx3588) and NY Prevailing Interest Rate Commitment (Cx3710) have been updated so that Origination Fee and Discount Points — including their percentages — will always be disclosed regardless of who pays them, with underlying data fields adjusted to ensure accuracy. - The borrower notary acknowledgment and jurat blocks have been updated in multiple documents to standardize notarization language, including updated Remote Online Notarization (RON) language for Kansas and North Carolina. Read more.
- Some recordable documents have been updated so they now print the field “FI 51781 – Loan Number on Recordable Documents” instead of the older “FI 138530 – Display Loan Number,” ensuring the correct loan number appears on recordable forms. Read more.
- The FHA Treasury ARM Note 2021 (Cx26173) has been updated: Section 4(G) has been renamed from “Replacement Index and Replacement Margin” to simply “Replacement Index,” to align with current FHA instructions. Read more.
- The cure-period in Docutech’s “New York Second Mortgage (Cx501)” has been changed — Paragraph 20(B)(iii) now specifies a 30-day cure period instead of the prior 10-day cure period. Read more.
- The signature/name-affidavit forms for Louisiana — Cx865 Signature/Name Affidavit and Cx7965 Signature/Name Affidavit (NPE) — have been modified so that their notary blocks now include both the parish where the notary is qualified and the notary’s identification number, in compliance with Louisiana notarial requirements. The borrower Interest Worksheet for Massachusetts (Cx5771) has been updated so that the interest calculation fields now reflect the correct methodology and display accurate interest-due amounts in compliance with applicable regulations. Read more.
- The MI Lock‑In Agreement (Cx17192) has been updated so that if the field “FI 18205 (Lender is a Broker)” is marked “Yes,” the broker’s name will now be printed on the agreement — otherwise the lender’s name will appear. Read more.

The requirement to disclose U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Form HUD-92900-B “Important Notice to Homebuyers” in Docutech Cx40 has been waived, meaning the form no longer must automatically be included for certain FHA loans. Read more.
