Document Updates
- The Virginia instruments have been updated to comply with the Virginia notary handbook, which requires the notarial statement to be on the same page as the signature being notarized. The updates ensure the entire notary block is on the same page. The affected instruments include Cx25326, Cx1552, Cx4352, Cx512, Cx1335, Cx26164, and Cx4510. Read more.
- The Verification of VA Benefits (Cx3952), Request for Determination of Reasonable Value (Cx14216), and SSN Verification (Cx5579) documents have been updated to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. These updates include adjustments to the verification processes and relevant sections to align with current standards. Read more.
- The Texas Mortgage Banker Disclosure (Cx2999) and Texas Mortgage Company Disclosure (Cx3883) documents have been updated. Read more.
- The NY Prevailing Interest Rate Commitment Disclosure (Cx3710) document has been updated to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. These updates include adjustments to the interest rate commitment sections to align with current standards. Read more.

- The Virginia Partial Recording Tax Exemption on the VA Deed of Trust Second (Cx512) document has been updated. These changes are available for testing on Stage 1 and Stage 2 servers and will be implemented on ConformX Production on July 8, 2025. Read more.
- The WA Application Date for the 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application (Cx20667 and Cx4193) documents have been updated to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. These updates include adjustments to the application date fields and other relevant sections to align with current standards.Read more.
- The IRS Form 8821 Tax Information Authorization (Cx801) document has been updated to expand its usage and ensure compliance with the latest regulations. Read more.
- The Maryland Deed of Trust Second (Cx487) document has been updated to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. These updates include adjustments to the notary block and other relevant sections to align with current standards. Read more.
- The Beneficiary/Lender fields in the Notice section of HELOCs have been updated to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. These changes include adjustments to the beneficiary and lender information fields to align with current standards. Read more.
- The pamphlet "What Mortgage Applicants Need To Know" (Cx28331) has been updated to ensure clarity and consistency with state regulations. The updates include detailed explanations of the mortgage process, revised definitions of key terms, and additional resources for applicants. Read more.
- The Louisiana HELOC Mortgage (Cx1356) has been updated to align with Louisiana Civil Code Article 2347, which requires the concurrence of both spouses for the lamination, encumbrance, or lease of community property immovables registered in their joint names. The spousal provision in the document has been revised to be more consistent with the FNMA model form. Read more.
- The document update for Cx1570: Maine Notification to Buyer of Withholding Tax Requirement outlines changes to comply with Maine's tax regulations. It informs buyers about the requirement to withhold tax on certain real estate transactions. The update ensures that the notification is clear and consistent with state laws. Read more.
- The New York State Department of Financial Services released a new pamphlet titled "What Mortgage Applicants Need to Know" (Cx28331). This pamphlet was created to provide mortgage applicants with essential information about the mortgage process, their rights, and responsibilities. Read more.
Global Mapping Changes
- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has released Mortgagee Letter 2025-15, which rescinds the requirement for all FHA loans to use the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF). The two standard SCIF documents in our library are Cx23518 and Cx23519. Previously, Field 153076 “Print Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF)” was globally standard value mapped to “Yes” for all FHA loans when “Application Date” is on or after August 28, 2023. The global standard value field mapping that defaulted the indicator to “Yes” for FHA loans will be removed. SCIF documents will no longer print for FHA loans by default. Read more.
Late Fee Updates
- The Oklahoma Maximum Late Fee Charge has been updated to reflect an increase. This update ensures compliance with the latest state regulations and affects all relevant loan documents. Read more.
