Document Updates

  • The Rhode Island Tangible Net Benefit Form (Cx11242) has been updated to comply with Rhode Island’s requirement that borrowers recoup refinancing costs within 24 months. The update introduces several new fields and calculation logic to determine the proposed monthly payment used in the tangible net benefit analysis. Read more.
  • The Social Security Consent for Release of Information (Cx16668) has been updated to align with current Social Security Administration requirements and ensure continued compliance with borrower authorization standards. The update reflects revisions to the consent language and related disclosure formatting used in the document package. Read more.
  • The Affixation Affidavit (Cx28947) has been updated to include the required Indiana affirmation confirming that all Social Security numbers have been properly redacted, unless otherwise required by law.   • A new upon-request imported version of Form 1008 Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary (Cx28869) has been added to support imported loan data workflows and underwriting documentation needs.   • Updates have been made regarding the use of multiple VA home loan entitlements on a single VA loan to better align with current VA guidance and eligibility requirements. The changes clarify how entitlement usage is documented and applied within the loan process. Read more. 
  • A new upon-request California Processing/Underwriting Disclosure (Cx29009) has been added to support California-specific disclosure requirements related to mortgage processing and underwriting services.   • Construction versions of California Security Instruments (Cx25283, Cx26120, and Cx471) have been updated to support construction lending transactions and align with applicable California requirements.   • Nebraska has enacted new statutes requiring the use of a Net Tangible Benefits worksheet disclosure for certain mortgage transactions. The required form has now been published by the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance. Read more.

  • Mississippi has enacted updates to its SAFE Act requirements that impact mortgage loan originator licensing and related compliance obligations. The changes include revisions to definitions, licensing standards, and regulatory oversight provisions under state law. Read more.
